In the footsteps of the Concierto de Aranjuez
A route through Joaquín Rodrigo's Aranjuez: the gardens the Adagio evokes, the river, and the grave of the composer and Victoria Kamhi in the Aranjuez cemetery.

Millions know the Adagio of the Concierto de Aranjuez without knowing Aranjuez exists. This route brings together the places that give the piece its meaning: the gardens and river the composer wanted to evoke, and the place where he rests with Victoria Kamhi, his wife and lifelong collaborator.
More about the composer and the anniversary on Concierto 125.
